As all pieces are made to order please allow 4 weeks after payment for the jewellery to be dispatched.
Solid gold and custom pieces can take up to 8 weeks, though sometimes sooner - if you have a specific date in mind please contact hollyelderjewellery@gmail.com and I will do my best to accommodate.

All UK orders will be sent via 'Royal Mail Special Delivery' and all orders outside the UK will be sent via 'Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed'. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post.

✦ CARE
Over time jewellery can tarnish, this can be avoided by frequent use of a jewellery polishing cloth. It is advised that you remove jewellery when showering and using perfumes to ensure your jewels stay shiny.

Jewellery is non-refundable, but please email hollyelderjewellery@gmail.com if you have any issues or are not satisfied with your piece.
